Rep onboarding
This guide takes a new rep from zero to selling on their route the same day. Follow it in order: in a few minutes you'll have the app ready, understand the key rules, and make your first order and payment.
Before you start
You need very little to get going:
- An Android phone or iPhone with the app installed.
- Your email invite, or your administrator creating you with a rep role.
- Your assigned route (customers and visit days).
- Optional: a Bluetooth printer for 80 mm tickets.
If your Today is empty, it's because you don't have a route yet. Your administrator sets it up from the web console.
Your first day in 6 steps
Use your Repartya email and password. It's the same account for the app and this help.
You'll see the day's visits, pending collections and alerts. It's your starting point every morning.
When you reach the customer, open the visit: everything you do (order, payment, note) is tied to it.
Pick products and quantities; prices and promotions apply automatically. It works without signal.
Record the payment (partial payments allowed) and print or share the receipt.
When you finish the route, run your cash-up: the system compares what you collected with the cash you hand in.
Key concepts to know
Three rules explain 90% of how Repartya works out on the street:
On the route you always collect cash. Transfers and cards are reconciled later in the web console.
Capture orders, payments and visits even without signal; everything syncs on its own when the connection returns.
And remember: the CFDI invoice is stamped on web, never on mobile. See CFDI is stamped on web.

Videos land in Phase 2. The layout is already set up to embed them with ES/EN captions and a transcript.
Checklist: you've got the basics
When you can tick all of these, you're ready for your route:
- I signed in and checked my “Today”.
- I opened a visit and recorded an order.
- I collected cash and printed (or shared) a receipt.
- I ran my daily cash-up with no differences.
- I know what happens when I lose signal.
What if something goes wrong?
The most common issues and what to do:
- Data isn't uploading: check your connection; the app retries on its own and you lose nothing.
- The printer won't print: pair it again. See Printer.
- I can't sign in: confirm your email and password; if it persists, ask your admin to check your user.
