Sign in (SSO)

4 min readUpdated Jul 4, 2026Applies since v2.0

One account for all of Repartya: the mobile app, the web console and this help. Here's how to sign in and what to do if you have access problems.

One account for everything (SSO)

SSO means "single sign-on". You use the same email and password in the app, the web console and this help; if you're already signed in to one, it won't ask again when you move to another.

It's the same account

You don't need a separate user for the help. With your Repartya account you sign in and see the content that matches your role.

How to sign in

Open the app or this help

On the mobile app or the Repartya website.

Enter your email

The one your company registered when creating your user.

Enter your password

If it's your first time, use the one from your invite and change it to your own.

Confirm and sign in

You'll see the app or the console based on your role. Done.

Two-step verification

If your company requires it, after the password it will ask for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app. It's an extra security layer; enter it to complete sign-in.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?". You'll get an email with a link to create a new one. If you don't see it, check spam or ask your administrator to reset it.

Roles and what you see

Your role (rep, administrator or super admin) defines which modules you use and what content you see. It's the same in this help: the "Show content for" selector filters articles by role. If you're a new rep, start with Rep onboarding.

Common issues

  • I can't sign in: confirm your email and password; if you use 2FA, check the code. If it persists, ask your administrator to verify your user.
  • My session ended: that's normal for security after some inactivity. Sign in again.
  • I don't see an expected module: it depends on your role; confirm with your administrator.
